Ethem Öztaş completed his education at the Department of Mechanical Engineering at 9 Eylül University. Having worked as an engineer in the R&D department of Raks A.Ş. between 1987-1988, Mr. Öztaş has continued his business life in the family business in the field of trade and financial affairs since 1988.

In 1997, he pioneered the transformation of the family company into a limited liability company and while working in the fields of business development and financial affairs in the companies within Öztaş, he gave priority to the Assistant Industry activities for the White Goods and Automotive sectors.

Having been the Chairman of the Board of Öztaş A.Ş. since 2019, Mr. Öztaş is fluent in English.
